Warranty:
All our jewelry comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
What the warranty covers:
During the warranty period, we guarantee free replacement or repair in cases of:
Manufacturing defects (such as faulty clasps, loose stones, or original imperfections);
Abnormal tarnishing of stainless steel;
Allergic reactions caused by the material (upon evaluation).
What is not covered:
The warranty does not apply in cases of:
Damage caused by misuse (drops, impacts, scratches, or deformation);
Contact with chemicals, such as perfumes, creams, alcohol, chlorine, or cleaning products;
Natural wear from continuous use, including gradual color fading on gold-plated pieces;
Improper storage (humidity, excessive heat, direct sunlight, or contact with other pieces).
About the jewelry finish:
Gold-colored stainless steel jewelry has a special plating that gives it shine and elegance.
Over time and with natural use, some color or shine loss may occur, especially with friction or chemical exposure.
Silver-colored stainless steel jewelry has the natural color of the metal, which does not peel off.
With proper care, it can last a lifetime maintaining the same appearance.
How to request warranty service:

Your full name and order number;
Photos or videos showing the issue;
A brief description of what happened.
Our team will review your request and reply within 3 business days.
If approved, you can choose between replacement, repair, or store credit of equal value.
Jewellery care tips:
To keep your jewellery beautiful for as long as possible:
Store your pieces in a dry, cool place, preferably in their original box, which is cushioned and ideal for proper storage;
Avoid contact with perfumes, creams, oils, sunscreen, alcohol, and cleaning products;
Remove jewelry before sleeping, showering, swimming, or exercising;
Avoid friction with rough surfaces to prevent scratches or fading;
Do not expose to excessive heat or humidity;
After wearing, gently clean with the special cloth included with your jewelry — it’s the best option to maintain shine and remove residues;
Store gold pieces separately from silver ones to avoid color transfer.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Overview
At DonaDona, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help. Under the UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Returns Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging with all tags and certificates included.
Returned to us within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to return.
Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items)
For hygiene and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty:
Earrings: We cannot accept returns on earrings if the tamper-evident packaging has been opened or the seal broken.
Bespoke & Personalised Items: Any jewellery made to your specific measurements, custom-designed, or engraved cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@donadona.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Once authorised, please package the item securely. We recommend using a tracked service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery) as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Faulty Items
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty or misdescribed, you have a 30-day right to a full refund. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged piece.
